Account Manager Reports to (POSITION):
Generate and develop new business and grow the portfolio of solutions and services in existing customers to achieve Individual GP targets
Being responsible for creating and driving sales pipeline and growth.
Ensuring profitability while striving to improve the customer’s experience.
Manage customers in the adoption and management of Security, Hybrid Datacenter and Cloud Services as well as enable effective and cost-efficient sourcing of hardware & software solutions.
Microsoft 0365

Cyber and Network Security, Cloud migration and optimisation services (AWS/Azure), Hybrid Datacenter migrations (storage/Networking), EUC (UC).
Experience of managing strategic customer accounts including the development of strong relationships at all levels.
Active listening and confidence in articulating complex solutions to Senior IT and Procurement contacts.
