The wealth of experience and high end brands and distribution in key accounts and knowledge of the markets is a key asset. Support from staff still working in L’Apartement ltd who were with the previous showroom shows the commitment of the team . The company is small and looks after as a distributor and the agent of 6 brands at present including Rhea Costa , Marchesa Notte, ATOIR , Misha, Missoni accessories and V:PM during the last 18 months the emphasis has been on the evening / event wear due to market conditions.

About the Job:

Great opportunity as a new role to follow all the sales wholesale administration, contact with leading clients.Contact with all existing customers.
Learning new systems and strategic markets.This is a great opportunity for a passionate Wholesale manager who likes techical work, is fast on
Excell and systems that create confirmations and orders and invoices .And great skills at imagery for re-orders , back up orders,sales digitally need
a lot of creation and this needs to be something from a technical background.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all after sales
- Plan and schedule all deposits are in place and order confirmations finalized with PO’s
- Prepare deposit invoices where necessary.
- Build strong relationships with key business partners and be able to negotiate terms where necessary.
- Prepare all orders to be sent on behalf of Director where necessary.
- Prepare all order confirmations .

- Strong commercial acumen and technical skills.
- Comfortable with multi tasking and working in fast paced environment
excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A very high attention to detail and able to work with figures accurately.
- Very Positive attitude, eager to learn and handle pressures and deadlines.
highly adaptable and multifaceted, can comfortably work with independent stores online retailers and department stores
