Job Description

Lutine Bell are supporting a leading Financial Services firm in the Midlands to appoint a Prudential Compliance Officer.

You’ll support the firm in ensuring adherence to applicable regulatory requirements. Your will lease with stakeholders, where you’ll have the opportunity to build strong relationships, helping them to understand and comply with their regulatory responsibilities. You will also help to manage the relationship with one of our financial services regulators – the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA). You will be responsible for identifying and highlighting risks and influencing the relevant stakeholders to accept your recommendations for improvements. You will also keep abreast of regulatory change and support the business in ensuring it meets any new requirements.

Experience:

The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements, coupled with the ability to interpret complex regulations effectively and summarising key elements in an engaging manner to non-technical audiences.

You'll have:

  • Experience of working within the Financial Services industry.
  • Demonstrable risk management and / or compliance experience.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and proficiency in formal report writing.
  • Digital literacy skills to effectively operate in your role.
