We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Head to lead our IT/Cloud services sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and achieve sales targets in the enterprise segment. The role involves leading a team of sales professionals, building strong customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base in the enterprise segment for IT/Cloud services.
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of enterprise sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in enterprise accounts, understanding their business needs and challenges.
Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience and high win rate.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats in the market, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management, providing regular updates on sales performance and market trends.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities, maintaining high levels of professionalism and integrity.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven track record of success in enterprise sales of IT/Cloud services, with a minimum of 5-6 years of experience, preferably in the [Industry/Vertical] sector.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team, driving performance and results.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies, leveraging insights to drive decision-making.
Proficiency in cloud solutions, with the ability to use data and analytics to drive sales performance.
Ability to travel as required, meeting with customers and attending industry events to represent the company.
