You’ll support the Director of Academic & Student Services in implementing a range of student support services, ensuring smooth operations in student records, assessment, timetabling, finance, and more.
Your initiative, accuracy, and adherence to policies will be critical in maintaining high standards across all functions.
You will be crucial in maintaining and supporting student record systems in compliance with data protection requirements.
Your responsibilities include conducting regular audits, supporting assessment activities to meet university quality expectations, assisting with timetabling queries, managing student finance, ensuring accurate records of financial status, and actively contributing to student experience and wellbeing programmes.
Additionally, you will assist in maximising the number of applicants converted to registered students, supporting orientation programmes, and participating in events to support student recruitment and experience.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM
- 5:00 PM, 11 month Fixed- Term Contract.
Academic & Student Services Officer Requirements: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
