I'm excited to be working with our friends over at Glass Half Full in recruiting for a Trade Marketing Manager to join the business — GHF is a brand development agency representing some of the most exciting, pioneering drinks brands in the UK. Play a pivotal role in driving visibility, advocacy, and commercial growth across both the On- and Off-Trade. Join a team that blends creativity, cultural relevance, and commercial sharpness to build iconic challenger brands that punch above their weight. Why this role? Be the driving force behind how some of the most exciting drinks brands show up in bars, pubs, restaurants, retail, and e-commerce. Own trade marketing strategy across a premium, fast-growing portfolio. Shape how brands are activated at festivals, events, and key venues nationwide. Translate brand strategy into high-impact commercial execution that genuinely moves the needle. Join a collaborative, ambitious team where ideas, initiative, and creativity are actively encouraged. Work with brands that champion cultural relevance, premium experiences, and standout storytelling. The Role Lead annual trade marketing planning for the GHF portfolio, with dedicated focus on priority brands. You will build activation toolkits, POS, sell-in stories, and channel-specific assets that drive advocacy and rate of sale. Deliver best-in-class trade activations across On-Trade partners, festivals, events, and key venue groups alongside working on Off-Trade promotional plans in partnership with sales and retail teams, ensuring consistent brand presence. An opportunity to partner closely with Brand Managers, Sales, and Creative to ensure seamless execution across all routes to market, bringing bold brand moments to life. The Business GHF is redefining what a modern brand development agency looks like — blending strategic brand-building, cultural awareness, and commercial execution to help premium drinks brands thrive in the UK market. They believe iconic brands are built by staying culturally relevant, credible, and consistently present in the places people discover and enjoy great drinks. About You You've got experience in trade marketing within drinks, FMCG, or hospitality. You know how the UK On-Trade and Off-Trade work — and how to create activity that drives rate of sale. You're creative, commercially sharp, and understand how brand-building meets practical execution. You're organised, proactive, and calm under pressure — capable of juggling multiple projects at pace. You love collaborating with sales, brand, and creative teams to make big ideas happen. You get excited about premium drinks, challenger brands, and creating memorable trade experiences.
