The scope of work is broad. This agency is (currently) small but mighty and across the creative studio and communications team could be supporting 30+ areas of a client’s business; from developing DE&I, corporate comms, internal comms, creating collateral for the CEO , producing and filming video and stills content through to financial reporting, creating presentations, developing TOV and storytelling .

A bit about you and the role:

  • You’ll be at around AM/SAM level (or more senior and looking for reduced hours) with a corporate and/or B2B PR and/or internal comms background.

  • Someone who can be a strong project and campaign manager and work closely with both the creative studio and the comms team to bring projects in on time.

  • The agency is super responsive, and you will regularly be working with c-suite level. You’ll need to be comfortable working efficiently, at speed and with a good eye for detail across multiple projects.

  • You’re seen as a safe pair of hands and someone who shows resilience, keeping a clear head when there’s a lot going on.

  • You’re proactive and enjoy taking the lead and you’ll often spot opportunities and angles for clients.

  • You can get under the skin of a brand or business, see the bigger picture and how it all connects, rather than just the task at hand.

  • Because of the size of the agency and the collaborative way the team works together, you’re an ‘all hands on deck’ do-er with a strong and clear communication style.
