Leading this employee-owned consultancy is the ex-MD of a global networked agency whose leadership style is empowering, inspiring and collaborative. It’s an exciting time to be joining if you’re motivated by a coaching, supportive culture with the opportunity to own your work without being micromanaged, and to dive into strategic and meaty corporate and internal comms for global brands across sectors such as healthcare, technology, FMCG and professional services.
The scope of work is broad. This agency is (currently) small but mighty and across the creative studio and communications team could be supporting 30+ areas of a client’s business; from developing DE&I, corporate comms, internal comms, creating collateral for the CEO, producing and filming video and stills content through to financial reporting, creating presentations, developing TOV and storytelling.

A bit about you and the role:
- You’ll be at around AM/SAM level (or more senior and looking for reduced hours) with a corporate and/or B2B PR and/or internal comms background.
- Someone who can be a strong project and campaign manager and work closely with both the creative studio and the comms team to bring projects in on time.
- The agency is super responsive, and you will regularly be working with c-suite level. You’ll need to be comfortable working efficiently, at speed and with a good eye for detail across multiple projects.
- You’re seen as a safe pair of hands and someone who shows resilience, keeping a clear head when there’s a lot going on.
- You’re proactive and enjoy taking the lead and you’ll often spot opportunities and angles for clients.
- You can get under the skin of a brand or business, see the bigger picture and how it all connects, rather than just the task at hand.
- Because of the size of the agency and the collaborative way the team works together, you’re an ‘all hands on deck’ do-er with a strong and clear communication style.
