We have an exciting opportunity for a positive and ambitious Supervisor to join Team OB. As an OB Supervisor, you will work as part of the store management team to help drive sales through exceptional customer service and outstanding operational standards. This will be a flexible contract, meaning you will have a fixed number of hours you will work per week across a variety of days and shifts. Your rota will be communicated to you in advance by your line manager. At Oliver Bonas (OB), our values of Work Hard, Play Hard & Be Kind are integral to everything we do. Contribute to the store's sales growth through commercial analysis, including footfall, conversions, and other key performance indicators.
Ensure the team has an awareness of the store's sales target and current performance, as well as their impact on KPIs.
Act as a role model, by delivering exceptional customer experiences and help the team to achieve similar high standards.
Review and action replenishment needs regularly to ensure top sellers and new products are readily available and the store is fully merchandised to company standards at all times.
