Language Recruitment Services ( LRS ) is currently looking for an experienced Finance & HR Assistant to join a growing international company with multiple offices in Europe. This is an exciting role providing support on bookkeeping, Payroll & HR functions for the company’s Spanish business.
Main responsibilities of the Assistant – HR & Finance (with Spanish):
Send payroll information to the Spain based accountant
Maintain meticulous records of wages, invoices, and accounts receivable/payable
Conduct bank reconciliations and prepare VAT reports
Administer HR functions including issuing contracts, managing employee records, and handling staff inquiries.
Assist with onboarding new staff and coordinate contract renewals and extensions.
Fluent English with native level of Spanish
Bookkeeping background with experience recording, wages, receivable & payable ledgers
If you speak Spanish to native level and have a background as an Assistant Accountant, Financial Assistant or Assistant Bookkeeper as well as Human Resources admin experience, send you CV to discuss this opportunity in more details.
