This role demands a strategic thinker with deep subject matter expertise in Financial; Products, Technology, and Institutions with a strong ability to build long-lasting firm relationships. As part of the Go-to-Market team, you will bring your expertise, executive rolodex, and knowledge of Financial Entities such as Neobanks, Funds, Asset/Wealth Managers, and the like to integrate the MetaWealth Platform with their Product Offerings and Roadmaps. By doing this you will play a crucial role in helping accelerate MetaWealth’s go-to-market efforts and time to revenue.

As the Head of Institutional Sales and Partnerships , you will play a critical role in driving our company's growth by developing and enhancing relationships with key institutional clients, including large financial institutions, family offices, and neobanks. You will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic sales and partnership initiatives that align with our business goals and technological capabilities.

To Join Our Team, You Should Be Excited To:

• Build and cultivate strategic, positive relationships for the firm with a network of technology and finance decision-makers, understanding their business challenges and curating

strategic bridges for them to leverage the Real Estate Offerings within the MetaWealth

Platform.

• Develop long-term relationships with potential business partner entities and connect to the network through introductions, meetings, corporate briefings, events, and conferences.

•Build a sustainable ecosystem and generate demand through identification of financial institutions, including institutional investors and other partners who are interested in investing in tokenized real world assets

•Lead efforts to build important relationships through hosting dinners, receptions, or other events to bring together our network, firm, and portfolio.

•Nurture high-value relationships with senior executives in the technology and finance industries

•Stay abreast of MetaWealth investment and product areas, industry trends, portfolio investments, and leverage insights to drive business opportunities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to attract and retain institutional clients.

• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the RWA tokenization and real estate sectors.

•Work closely with the product, engineering, and sales teams to bring new products and services to market that enable institutional investors to participate in institutional DeFi in a safe and compliant way

Minimum Qualifications

•10+ years of experience in business development and sales with at least 5 years in the traditional financial services industry

•Proven track record of successfully managing and growing relationships with institutional clients.

•Interest and strong understanding of the institutional DeFi market, in particular, in tokenized real world assets, adopters and the regulatory landscape

•Deep understanding of enterprise market dynamics, with a proven track record of successful partnerships, deals, and/or developing enduring senior-level relationships

•Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a focus on detail and executive presence

•Ability to discern industry needs and trends, effectively communicating insights to investment partners

•Proven ability to self-start, operate autonomously, manage multiple priorities, independently contribute, ability to deal with ambiguity, and execute consistently in a dynamic environment

•Low ego, high empathy, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams

•You are an analytical thinker, able to seek and understand data to build a strategy around and execute against

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.
