Act as a liaison between frontline staff, management, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of care. Stay abreast of developments in healthcare policy, best practices, and regulatory requirements, and ensure compliance within the clinical setting. Qualifications: Registered Nurse with current NMC registration or equivalent healthcare professional qualification. Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a clinical setting. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of evidence-based practice.
