Job Purpose: The Digital Marketing Executive will work closely with the Digital Marketing team and will be a core member driving audience growth, generating significant leads for the sales team and maintaining strong relationships with existing learners.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Work within the Marketing team to support on paid advertising campaigns.
  • Google analytics, to include Google Ads and affiliate networks.
  • Support the Sales department with generating leads and support customer journeys.
  • Extract data from internal systems to be used for email campaigns.
  • Taking a data-driven approach, developing test and learn plans for optimising targeting, creative and marketing messages.
  • Review past and current campaign analytics, suggesting ways to increase loyalty and engagement.
  • Taking content that has been written and creating pages on the website and working with the wider marketing team to position and display the content to generate results.
  • Create and deploy a reengagement strategy for leads/learners who aren’t currently engaging emails.
  • Utilise HubSpot's reporting and analytics capabilities to track and measure the success of marketing campaigns, sharing results with stakeholders.
  • Create engaging content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visual and written content.
  • Supporting with community communications.

What we are looking for in you:

• Experience within the Marketing function

• Understanding of web analytics, social media, and email marketing

• Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft engaging and relevant content.

• Experience working in a similar role within the education industry - preferred
