To support the continued growth of the company with developing and delivering purposeful creative for brand projects. From first scribbles to beautifully crafted solutions, this role will inspire and evoke the revolution of online learning and inspire digital learners to reach their full potential.
Job Purpose: The Digital Marketing Executive will work closely with the Digital Marketing team and will be a core member driving audience growth, generating significant leads for the sales team and maintaining strong relationships with existing learners.
Work within the Marketing team to support on paid advertising campaigns.
Google analytics, to include Google Ads and affiliate networks.
Extract data from internal systems to be used for email campaigns.
Taking a data-driven approach, developing test and learn plans for optimising targeting, creative and marketing messages.
Taking content that has been written and creating pages on the website and working with the wider marketing team to position and display the content to generate results.
Utilise HubSpot's reporting and analytics capabilities to track and measure the success of marketing campaigns, sharing results with stakeholders.
Create engaging content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visual and written content.
Supporting with community communications.
Experience within the Marketing function
• Understanding of web analytics, social media, and email marketing
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft engaging and relevant content.
