Are you an experienced Digital Marketing Lead looking for your next challenge? If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join our wonderful Marketing team.

You will facilitate the creation of engaging corporate websites, and the delivery of digital marketing content to tell the story of our exceptional engineering, consulting, and advisory practice – and the people who bring it to life.

As a key member of our global marketing and communications team, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the practice to ensure our digital marketing efforts deliver maximum value for the business. You will work closely with our in-house copywriters, project marketing manager, developers, design and video creatives, and colleagues in our regional marketing teams to achieve your objectives.

This is a permanent role with hybrid working available (minimum 2 days in the office) and can be based in our Bath or London office. We are happy to receive applications from candidates looking for full-time hours or flexible hours (4-day week or reduced hours Mon-Fri).

Key duties:
  • Collaborate with our engineers, consultants, advisors, and regional marketing teams to create engaging digital marketing materials, including website content, social media content, and email campaigns.
  • Act as the key point of contact for digital marketing requests coming into the team working with the leadership team to prioritise requests.
  • Manage relationships with our external agency and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality work is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Support the roll out of our digital publishing platform that will empower designers and business development teams to produce sales enablement materials.
  • Work closely with our Global Social Media Lead to ensure campaigns are integrated.
  • Oversee the creation of our digital content, such as LinkedIn newsletters.
  • Measure and analyse the effectiveness of digital marketing activities, using data to make informed decisions and optimise campaigns to ensure we gain maximum exposure from our materials.
  • Ensure the marketing tools we use – WordPress, PlayPlay, Canva, Google Analytics, Open Asset etc. - are delivering for our needs and have the branding and templates available to ensure consistent output.
Your skills and experience:
  • Demonstrable experience in digital marketing, with a focus on website content management, digital campaign management and managing website development activities.
  • Bachelor's degree in digital marketing or comparable level CIM/CAM qualifications are advantageous.
  • Experience of working in the built environment, engineering or advisory sectors is also an advantage.
  • An understanding of the marketing and business development world, and what matters to potential clients and collaborators.
  • A joined-up approach, with a view to how content created can be repurposed and extract maximum value.
  • An ability to build positive relationships quickly to ensure close collaboration with people across the business and your counterpart in our client’s marketing teams.
