What will you be doing as a Telesales Executive:
Working in support of field based account managers, you will be assisting a variety of high profile and well known organisations across the region. Upselling to customers to increase order value, introducing new promotions and products
Developing sales opportunities in the account base by analysis of data and account statistics
Working with company criteria for account trading and minimise losses through close account management and liaising with the field sales team
Previous office based phone experience, ideally in a similar Telesales, Sales Order Processing or other sales based role however this isn't essential as a graduate or background in restaurants / hospitality and keen to build a career would also be considered
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build excellent customer relationships
Confident picking up the phone and speaking to customers
Comfortable with Word, Excel and email
