Job Description CRM MANAGER - HIGHER EDUCATION (CONTRACT)
£MIDLANDS (Highly Flexible Hybrid)
A leading University is looking for a CRM Manager to maintain and develop the Dynamics CRM platform, as well as to contribute valuable insights & analysis across students, courses and admissions.
As a CRM Manager, you will be helping to manage the Dynamics 365 CRM system, junior employees, as well as providing analysis on ROI for Campaigns;
Maintain & Develop the Dynamics 365 CRM
Mapping the data journey to create an end-to-end Customer Journey
Manipulating the data and producing sophisticated insights across activity
The successful CRM Manager will have the following skills and experience:
Recent, relevant experience working with Higher Education data is a must
Experience managing CRM systems - specifically Dynamics 365
Ability to perform complex data mapping
capable of developing sophisticated insights and recommendations from data
Experience with Gecko Engage is a bonus
The successful CRM Manager will receive between £300 and £400 per day over an initial 3-month period.
