Your Journey as a HR Data Analyst:

  • Gather, analyse, and interpret HR data from various sources, including SuccessFactors and other HR systems, to provide meaningful insights
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance HR reports and dashboards using SuccessFactors and PowerBi to provide real-time data to HR and business leaders
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of HR data by performing regular audits and validations.
  • Identify trends and patterns in HR data to support strategic decision-making and forecast future HR needs
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver relevant insights
  • Identify opportunities for improving HR processes through data analysis and propose data-driven solutions
  • Provide training and support to HR team members and other stakeholders on using PowerBi tools effectively
  • Ensure all HR data analysis and reporting activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, maintaining strict confidentiality

Are You Ready to Embrace the Challenge? We’re looking for someone who has:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR data analysis or a related role
  • Proven expertise using SuccessFactors for report and data management
  • Strong proficiency in PowerBi for data visualisation and dashboard creation
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables, and charts
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and data integration processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
