Overview of Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Assistant. This position requires a good grasp of numbers, excellent data analysis, marketing mind and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new softwares and platforms used in the e-commerce space.

The candidate will be responsible for assisting in all the strategic initiatives to optimise performance and assist in the growth of ripple⁺ online.

This role is a splendid opportunity to be exposed and trained to all areas of an e-commerce company while at the same time being able to drive real value.

What You'll Be Doing

Analysis of all marketing campaigns by collections of data and reporting to the relevant members of the team.

- This will include the following.

  • Email Marketing
  • Text Marketing
  • Facebook Marketing
  • Google PPC Marketing
  • Influencer Marketing
  • etc.

- Assist in the execution of marketing activities in the following ways:

  • Uploading of email templates and sending campaigns out based on agreed upon strategy
  • Implementing text marketing campaign send-outs and updating copy when required on automation

- Collection of data and reporting of website performance across our three different geographies.

- Manage the various software tools used by ripple⁺, optimise and update the content, copy and logic based on requirements.

- Assisting in the communication and implementation of all digital projects

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and an interest in paid marketing
  • Basic knowledge of email marketing
  • Ability to learn and use new software and platforms quickly and efficiently
