A lovely, community-focused primary school in Tottenham, Haringey is seeking a motivated Level 2 Apprentice to join their team as a Front Office Assistant. As a Front Office Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the school’s day-to-day operations. From greeting parents and visitors to managing administrative tasks, you will be the first point of contact for many and a key part of the school's welcoming environment.   • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in a team, follow instructions, and manage time efficiently.
  • A basic level of IT skills (knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus).
  • Prior experience in an educational setting is not required but will be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily administrative duties such as answering phones, filing, and handling emails.
  • Greet and assist parents, visitors, and students as they enter the school.
  • Support the front office team with managing school supplies and resources.
  • Help with organising school events and communications.
