About The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate Responsible Individual / Service Operations Manager to oversee our new family assessment centres. Our cutting-edge centres are for families that need 24/7 support and assessment, to help prepare them for life after their assessment.

You will need commitment and dedication to providing high-quality support to families and staff and a strong ethos of providing effective support to families to achieve positive outcomes.

As the Responsible Individual, you will hold OFSTED registration for Residential Centres within the TFAS service.

You will be required to work closely with the Registered Managers in each of the centres to ensure overall high standards of care for children and families in accordance with Residential Family Assessment Centre Regulations and National Minimum Standards.

This role is remote, though there will be an expectation to travel between our centres in West Yorkshire and Dorset.

You will be required to meet the following qualification requirements in accordance with Residential Family Assessment Centre Regulations and National Minimum Standards:

  • Recognised Social Work Qualification
  • Minimum of 5 years post-qualified Social Work Experience
  • A qualification in management and leadership at least at level 4;
  • At least two years experience relevant to residential care and working with children and families within the last five years.
  • At least two years experience supervising and managing professional staff.
