**Join our dedicated team of staff as our new Family Well-being Practitioner at The Gingerbread Centre, supporting homeless and vulnerable families in our Stoke-on-Trent supported housing Centres.**

**Hours: 30 Hours per week on a 2-week rolling rota**
**Week 1**:Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday 8 hours per day with 30 min break
**Week 2**:Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8 hours per day with 30 min break

**Salary**: £12.28 per hour _(new rate of pay)_

Using a trauma-informed and holistic approach, you will support families within the accommodation Centres to reach their full potential and to gain the skills necessary to maintain their tenancy. You will have responsibility for a caseload of around 7-families, whom you will support to identify and address any barriers, which may affect their ability to move forward successfully.

You will promote each individuals' well-being in a person-centred manner and the family will be at the heart of all you do. You will co-ordinate with; Support Workers, Tenancy Sustainment Officer and external agencies, to ensure the family has a robust support package in place, to enable them to move on successfully to independent living.
