Electrical Construction Manager 12 Week Contract Tilbury, Essex You must have access to a vehicle to travel to this project. 1st Step Solutions are currently recruiting an Electrical Construction Manager to join a commercial office fit out project in Essex. Ideally you will have a background of delivering on high-end projects valued up to £5mil.

  • To liaise lead the electrical installation.
  • Deal with electrical co-ordination issues.
  • Co-ordinate changes in drawings between design team and site team.
  • Refer queries to electrical engineer when they cannot be dealt with.
  • Attend client meetings as required.
  • Lead commissioning and witnessing to the clients team electrically.
Technical Skills:
  • Relevant trade qualifications.
  • Supervisor/Management experience.
* SMSTS/SSSTS.
  • Current, valid CSCS card, ideally supervisor.
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft packages - Word, Excel and Outlook
