My client has an immediate requirement for an electrically biased **Facilities Manager** to join their team at their busy site in Tilbury, Essex. The successful **Facilities Manager** will manage the infrastructure and services across a large site.

**Facilities Manager** Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the safety and project management of multiple contractors in maintaining, installing and operating a wide range of mechanical and electrical infrastructure across the site.
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of the sites high and low voltage power networks.
- Direct and manage a wide range of jobs that come through the Engineering helpdesk.
- Liaise with staff, customers and contractors on a daily basis, preparing reports and budgets when necessary.
- Manage capital projects.
- Organise and maintain accurate maintenance records to ensure compliance with legislation and ensure that important tasks are completed within required timescales.

**Facilities Manager** Requirements:

- Electrically biased engineer qualified to NVQ Level 3/HNC/HND.
- Proven supervisory/management experience.
- Ideally have experience of working with high voltage.
- Experience of working with facilities or an estates management function.
- Flexible approach to working hours as there may be an occasional requirement to work unsociable hours.
- IT Literate.

**Facilities Manager** Benefits:

- Salary is £60,000 per annum.
- Monday to Friday.
- Generous pension scheme.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
