You must have access to a vehicle to travel to this project.

1st Step Solutions are currently recruiting an Electrical Construction Manager to join a commercial office fit out project in Essex. Ideally you will have a background of delivering on high-end projects valued up to 5mil.

To liaise lead the electrical installation.
Deal with electrical co-ordination issues.
Co-ordinate changes in drawings between design team and site team.
Refer queries to electrical engineer when they cannot be dealt with.
Attend client meetings as required.
Lead commissioning and witnessing to the clients team electrically.

Technical Skills:
Relevant trade qualifications.
Supervisor/Management experience.
SMSTS/SSSTS.
Current, valid CSCS card, ideally supervisor.
A working knowledge of Microsoft packages - Word, Excel and Outlook. #J-18808-Ljbffr
