Principal People have partnered with a leading manufacturing organisation to recruit a Health and Safety Advisor. The role will mainly be focused on delivering operational support within the HSE function. The role is primarily based on their Luton site with occasional travel 1 day a week to either their Lincoln or Bristol sites. This role will give you the opportunity to join one of the largest manufacturing organisations in the UK, which produces some of the most advanced and high-tech components and machines. The organisation also heavily focuses on providing progression and development opportunities to its staff. Health and Safety Advisor – £50k to £55k + Package – Manufacturing – Luton The key duties include: Carrying out on-site Health and Safety duties, including accident investigations, site audits, risk assessments and site inductions. Offering appropriate advice and support to the site teams within Health and Safety matters Creating and Implementing practical and effective methods to promote awareness of Health and Safety. Creating positive relationships with the sites to help improve the HSE Culture across the business. Working both operationally and strategically with Health and Safety matters.
