Health and Safety Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited. As a Health and Safety Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients and their employees.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Health and Safety professional to join a reputable main contractor working on commercial refurbishment projects in the South East. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently, and will have the opportunity to gain further health and safety qualifications and training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site visits to ensure projects are being delivered safely
  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety best practices
  • Monitor and report on health and safety performance
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in health and safety in the construction sector
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
