About the role A Phonics Intervention Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting students in Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) who struggle with reading and phonics. Responsibilities: Deliver targeted phonics intervention to pupils who need additional support. Work closely with teachers to identify students' needs and tailor sessions accordingly. Monitor and assess the progress of pupils and provide regular feedback to teachers and parents.
