Team Lead of Customer Success

Location: 100% remote within the UK

Salary Expectations: Up to £90k base plus £15k variable

My client is a High Growth CyberSecurity start up that has just taken a round of funding and is about to grow massively. They have a very exciting product that is disrupting the space.

This is a big opportunity for someone who wants to take a next step in their career and prove themselves, where you could move up the ladder into as high as a VP role realistically within a few years. They have a target to

They are looking for someone to manage a small team of CSMs and build a team within a player-coach capacity. You would managing a few strategic accounts and some enterprise accounts globally.

This is a company with an amazing culture where everyone is very collaberative and friendly. They pride themselves on being anti-office politics and friendly environment. They have complete flexibility in working and unlimited PTO available.

The ideal candidate would have:

  • 3+ years' working in a Customer Success role
  • 1+ year experience working in a team lead/management capacity
  • Experience working with Enterprise customers globally
  • Experience working within a CyberSecurity vendor
  • A great collaborative attitude
