They are looking for someone to manage a small team of CSMs and build a team within a player-coach capacity. You would managing a few strategic accounts and some enterprise accounts globally.

The ideal candidate would have:
- 3+ years' working in a Customer Success role
- 1+ year experience working in a team lead/management capacity
- Experience working with Enterprise customers globally
- Experience working within a CyberSecurity vendor
- A great collaborative attitude
