Key Skills this Head of Customer Success requires
- People Leadership experience setting overall goals and strategy
- Previous experience within Customer Success or Client Services
- Experience with Healthcare related customers
- Experience working within a Technology led relationship

This role requires an individual who is able to analyse the current customer success offering and work with the team and wider business to develop a new strategy based on the businesses ambitious growth goals.
