Business Development Manager

£Tide has partnered with an exciting home care provider with a national presence to support the growth of the Business Development function. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Manager with experience in the domiciliary care area to develop their career supporting the individual franchises of the organisation.
Collaborate with the Quality Consultants & Standards Team to uphold Franchise Standards, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service.
Share best commercial practices with business owners to support their journey and success.
Serve as the franchisor's representative, overseeing that the brand image and quality standards are consistently maintained.
Travel nationally across the franchises, working in close partnership with individual owners.
Assist owners in recruiting and retaining high-quality Care Professionals.
A minimum of 2 years Business Development experience specifically in Domiciliary Care
Working knowledge of CQC within Home Care
Must have a full clean driving licence
