Manage a portfolio of projects in conjunction with other business functions to ensure milestones within the program are met.
Maintain the Risk Register, document actions, and track mitigation efforts.
Control project budgets, monitoring expenditure against approved allocations.
Present project overviews to key stakeholders at a senior level.
Oversee due diligence and work with the project team to mitigate risks in line with the program and budget.
Update and monitor the project action log.
Oversee and update modeling inputs throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead project meetings and reviews with the project team.
Prepare Gate Papers by compiling information from the project team to influence stakeholders and support investment decisions.
