The Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. They act as a brand ambassador for the client, focused on delivering exceptional talent while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search. They serve as subject matter expert in talent acquisition and provide consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leader.

Must be located ideally in the UK

Client's Sector: Oil & Gas leading global company.

Finding Candidates:

  • Lead job scope meetings and determine position specifications.
  • Review and evaluate candidates from the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Develop and manage recruitment marketing plans.
  • Source candidates using databases, search engines, and networking sites.
  • Pursue referrals from business networks and internal sources.
  • Use Cielo’s software for mobile and email campaigning.

Engaging Candidates:

  • Connect with talent via phone, email, and social media.
  • Communicate job value propositions.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and provide timely status updates.

Assessing Candidates:

  • Conduct phone interviews and compare notes to job requirements.
  • Issue and evaluate skills tests.
  • Review background and reference information.

Influencing the Hire:

  • Maintain candidate engagement with consistent communication.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to determine and present job offers.
  • Negotiate counteroffers as needed.

Service Excellence:

  • Adhere to compliance standards.
  • Build talent pipelines and provide regular recruiting activity reports.
  • Address search difficulties with researched solutions.
  • Communicate search status and provide consultative recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Strong recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting. Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
  • Previous Recruiting experience within Oil & Gas, Energy, Automotive, Utilities Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and/or Production is desired.

Additional Position Requirements

  • Language requirement: Proficiency in English is required. but proficiency in German or Italian is a plus.
