Aldwark Manor Estate is currently a 60 bedroomed Hotel which is popular for weddings and meetings with space for water activities and outdoor team building. We are an 18-hole golf course with multiple dining Food and Beverage outlets including our new fine dining restaurant Chartwell. Our Events Coordinator is a key role, ensuring exceptional meeting and events are delivered seamlessly from initial enquiry and quotation handling, event planning and delivery, through to post-event feedback. You must have excellent attention to detail and be results-oriented, you will manage 1st and 2nd options on our current 5 conference rooms, events and ensure all events are charged and tracked accurately, and be an effective relationship-builder establishing positive and lasting relationships with clients to win client loyalty.
Create quality proposals which fits the clients requirements
Detailed contracts for events
Prepare and communicate Event sheets with relevant detail
Following up post-event for feedback with a future-sales mindset
Event planning liaison with the operational teams
Understanding requirements for each event
Planning event with attention to financial and time constraints
You will be responsible for driving and developing event business into the Hotel by pro-active sales activity.
Planning multiple events at once
Overseeing events taking place
Dependant on experience – Wedding show rounds / proposal and planning
