Global Sales Development Manager
Established in 1998, We’re the UK market leading field Management software provider with offices in the UK, Pakistan and Vietnam. Joblogic is a B2B SaaS CRM provider targeting building management/maintenance businesses (e.g. FM, HVACR, Plumbing & Heating, Electrical Contracting & Maintenance services) across the world, focusing heavily on the UK. Our product delivers world-class software to aid in streamlining operations, increasing profitability, ensuring compliance and achieving rapid growth for all field service businesses.

We’re looking for an experienced candidate to manage and grow the team of SDRs overseas, and to establish, grow and manage a team of Enterprise SDRs in the UK They will be responsible for full running of the team including hiring, coaching, SDR ops including reporting, setting up KPIs and building efficiency around the tech stack that would demonstrate the most suitable. You’ll also manage external partners such as call centres, meaning you’ll own the entire outreach lead generation/demand function.

The Sales Development Manager plays a pivotal role in leading and evolving a young, dynamic department focused on generating interest and booking online demos of the Joblogic software with our sales team. This position is instrumental in driving the business growth and success by leveraging years of experience in sales, lead generation, and team management. Your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified sales opportunities by initiating contact with potential customers, understanding their needs, and scheduling software demonstrations. This position requires strong communication skills, as well as a proactive and self-driven approach and excellent time/task management. Lead and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) located overseas and establish a new UK enterprise SDR team.
Providing guidance and support to ensure alignment with sales objectives and targets.
Conduct comprehensive onboarding, regular coaching sessions, and ongoing performance evaluations for SDRs. Offer actionable feedback to enhance their outreach and qualification skills continually.
Develop and implement strategies to generate interest in our products/services.
Drive efforts to book online demonstrations with potential clients.
Reporting to Marketing Director and collaborate closely with Sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns and strategies aimed at maximizing the results
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in CRM software (preferably HubSpot), as well as Outreach/Salesloft, and various lead generation platforms such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, or Cognism.
AI & Innovation Trends: It's essential to stay updated on AI advancements and emerging technologies to keep our department innovative and adaptable to market changes
You'll be measured based on the number of SQLs (demos attended) generated by the SDR team per month.
Utilize performance data analysis to identify improvement opportunities, streamline sales processes, and make strategic decisions.
Leverage data analytics to drive strategic initiatives, ensure informed decision-making, and monitor team performance metrics effectively.
Possess experienced and skilled prospecting capabilities across diverse outreach channels.
Experience in Multiple CRM tools and useful SDR/Sales tools
Previous experience in leading an SDR, BDM marketing or outbound sales / lead generation / telemarketing role
Interest / knowledge of IT, ERP, Software Implementation
General knowledge of the Trades Industry, such as Heating, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Security etc.
Experience in building teams from scratch

A total compensation
~25 days Holiday plus bank holidays
