Sales Development, Team Lead / Manager
Amberes are exclusive with a fast-growing scale-up organisation that delivers SaaS solutions through an API-led product strategy, they are currently looking for an SDR Team Lead/SDR Manager to join their team. This is a high growth software company that has a product that businesses "need" not "want".
They are currently in the process of expanding their sales team and need an SDR Team Lead / SDR Manager to oversee the team. You will play a crucial role in expanding their customer base while working with B2B clients from various markets who wish to find the best technology-based solutions for their businesses.
What you will do:
- Lead a team of SDRs (between 3 & 5 people initially) - Leading on boarding, training and 121s
- Work closely with the Head of Sales to improve training and working processes
- You’ll be provided with data, working closely with the Account Executives. Your main goal is to call and qualify leads and book discover calls for the AE.
- This is a high energy role, quality cold calling is a main focus
- Day-to-day activities will include setting and running sales calls, booking discovery calls for your Account Executives, speaking with prospects on LinkedIn and running email campaigns
- You will be overachieving daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s to earn commission on top of your basic salary
What we are looking for:
- 18 months to 2 years in a Sales position, ideally with a SaaS organisation
- Experience coaching / leading junior SDRs
- Experience with tools such as: Hubspot, Cognism and Lusha would be ideal
- Drive and motivation to be successful, this will be a high energy position where you are able to reap great rewards
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Good time management and analytical skills;
- Good orientation in a fast-paced company and a can-do attitude
