Marketing Manager, Event Marketing Manager

Job Description A top-tier, London based company is seeking an Events Marketing Manager to join their Healthcare portfolio. We’re seeking someone who continually seeks to achieve greater results from the events they own. Using the full marketing mix and working with other teams (delegate and sponsorship sales teams), to create a singular goal to increase the lead generation, the conversion rate, and direct revenue.
Email marketing, alongside data segmentation
Lead the data process coming from key stakeholders
Analysis of the campaign
Leverage affiliate marketing through speakers, sponsors, media partners and associations
Drive the social media
Help with guide and lead the new starters
On behalf of the marketing function, will be part of cross business projects.
3+ years’ experience in a direct marketing role in conferences or exhibitions (ideally with Healthcare industry exp)
~ A proven track record of successfully running your own marketing campaigns
~ Ability to carry out marketing plans independently
~ Effective time management and prioritisation of short and long-term projects
~ Able to apply copywriting principles to external marketing communications
~ Able to conduct robust data analysis to inform the direction of their marketing campaigns
~ Able to provide manager and project teams with detailed feedback
~ Excitement about driving commercial results through marketing
~ Experience of the following desired (but not required): Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, Google Adwords
