The Telesales team is responsible for making contact with customers and client to discuss the services they offer.


As a Telesales Executive, you ll be fully trained, not only in selling techniques but also in the details of the business so you have a full armoury to take to the market and start your career in sales.
You ll spend a lot of time on the phone, and outside of peak call times, you ll issue sales packs and agreements to customers, keep the customer database fully up-to-date with notes of all contact made, and liaise with internal teams to handover customer details for efficient after-sales care and processing.


If you have experience or an interest in developing skills as a Telesales Executive, Sales Executive, in new business, customer support, cross-selling and upselling, apply for this role today
