Paediatric Senior Staff Nurse Inpatient Neurorehabilitation & Complex Care
Permanent, Full time (long days, nights & Weekend shifts)
Salary Range: Competitive £38,00 to £45,000 Per annum dependent on skills & experience + shifts enhancements.
As a Paediatric Senior Staff Nurse working within the Neurorehabilitation and complex care inpatient ward you will provide clinical leadership and ensure the provision of high-quality nursing care to children and families. Take responsibility for the unit in the absence of the Sister/Charge nurse
* Co-ordinate patient care with the multidisciplinary team
* Ensure that tailored care plans are in place for all patients in the designated clinical area.
* Using your clinical experience and knowledge to provde a high quality clinical care enviroment for patients.
* NMC Child Registered Nurse (RN Child / RSCN) with immediate paediatric life support
* Experience working within Paediatric Neurorehabilitation and complex care needs
* Understanding of Safeguarding issues
* Leadership of shift teams is desirable
