Paediatric Senior Staff Nurse Inpatient Neurorehabilitation & Complex Care
Permanent, Full time (long days, nights & Weekend shifts)

Salary Range:
Competitive £38,00 to £45,000 Per annum dependent on skills & experience + shifts enhancements.

As a Paediatric Senior Staff Nurse working within the Neurorehabilitation and complex care inpatient ward you will provide clinical leadership and ensure the provision of high-quality nursing care to children and families.

Take responsibility for the unit in the absence of the Sister/Charge nurse

  • Co-ordinate patient care with the multidisciplinary team
  • Ensure that tailored care plans are in place for all patients in the designated clinical area.
  • Using your clinical experience and knowledge to provde a high quality clinical care enviroment for patients.
  • NMC Child Registered Nurse (RN Child / RSCN) with immediate paediatric life support
  • Experience working within Paediatric Neurorehabilitation and complex care needs
  • Understanding of Safeguarding issues
  • Leadership of shift teams is desirable
