Why be a Care Coordinator with Draycott Nursing & Care?
Established over 20 years ago, we are a leader in the Domiciliary care market. Building excellent lasting relationships with our clients and local support units such as GPs, Pharmacies and other health care professionals. these may vary from physical and practical support to social and emotional care.
What does a Care Coordinator do?
Our Care Coordinators play a vital role, ensuring we deliver the best care to our clients. They do this by understanding the care arena, and knowing how to assess clients needs. They match carers to clients, and build up our contract base using their sales skills to upsell.
Speaking to MTD’s to ensure care plans are bespoke and high quality
· Communicating effectively with the client and building strong lasting relationship
· Working closely with the wider Draycott Head Office support team to ensure the best service for our clients
· Keeping accurate records and logging data in our systems
1 years experience of coordinating care in a domiciliary setting
· Experience of growing contract hours, managing new enquiries
· Skills in coordinating with different healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
· Must be willing and able to undertake an Enhanced DBS check as a mandatory requirement (or show proof of being current on the Update Service)
