Adult Care Trainer

The Clinical Trainer is responsible for supporting and developing the nursing and carer workforce through clinical practice and promotion/implementation of relevant education and development pathways.
This is a full-time role, office based in South London. The organisation enable adults and children with complex care needs to live in their own homes, maintaining their independence. The healthcare organisation who deliver exceptional quality of care to highly dependent adults and children in their own home and support them to remain a part of their local community.
Provide face to face clinical training for care staff in line with company's clinical competency framework.
* Deliver client specific training sessions in line with business need.
* Lead on the development of training presentations, lesson plans and competency documents in line with NICE guidelines and National Standards
* Participate in regular audit programme of training evaluation to ensure effectiveness of training.
* Lead in the delivery, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of a robust mandatory training programme.
* Maintain accurate training records including attendance sheet and updating company database.
* Participate in clinical On Call rota.
A nursing qualification and current NMC registration.
* Experience in clinical training and education.
* Experience in safeguarding and working with vulnerable adults and children.
