Fast growing fresh produce distributor looking to appoint a Customer Care Manager to oversee best in class care to their clients.
Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
Develop service procedures, policies and standards
Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
Control resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
The ideal candidate will be coming from a strong customer service background with experience in managing a team.

We typically collect this personal information directly from you or through our website or job advertisements. We may sometimes be required to collect additional information from third parties or other publicly available sources. The Global Search Company will take reasonable steps to inform you it has collected your personal information from a third party.
We need certain personal information primarily to allow us to perform our contract with you and to enable us to comply with legal obligations. Providing our recruitment services

If you are engaged as an employee or contractor through The Global Search Company we may also need additional information for the following reasons:
