As a Mandarin speaking Market Research and Business Development Specialist - What You'll be Doing Each Day:

Responsible for gathering information and conducting comparative market analysis
Create reports to help pricing and to identify the elements about investment projects or location
Prepare project presentation and provide regular project training to overseas colleagues and sales channels
Maintain information database of London market
Responsible for the promotion of overseas property in assigned area and development of new sales channels
Cooperate with sales channels to provide professional consulting services of overseas property for clients through exhibitions, presentations and other forms.
Provide professional guidance to clients, channels and overseas colleagues on project details.
Contribution to marketing material creation and promotional strategy
As a Mandarin speaking Market Research and Business Development Specialist -The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

Degree or above holder in Business, Real Estate or related disciplines
At least three years’ experience in real estate research, marketing and business development
Excellent Proficiency in Mandarin and t English, both written and verbally
Knowledge on MS office applications
Excellent time and project management skills with the ability to juggle a wide range of competing demands
Can accept short-term business trips
