Kitcho Greenwich is a traditional Japanese restaurant, known for its commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Mandarin-speaking Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is crucial for enhancing Kitcho's brand presence on Xiaohongshu and TikTok, ensuring effective communication with our diverse audience. Fluency in both English and Mandarin is a prerequisite for successful execution of this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Xiaohongshu and TikTok Strategy Development**:

- Devise and implement strategic marketing plans on Xiaohongshu and TikTok to elevate Kitcho's brand visibility and engage target audiences.
- Stay informed about platform trends, algorithm updates, and competitor activities to optimize campaign performance.
- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Collaborate closely with the creative team to create captivating and culturally resonant content for Xiaohongshu and TikTok.
- Oversee the content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting to maintain a strong online presence.
- **Community Building and Engagement**:

- Cultivate and nurture a vibrant community on Xiaohongshu and TikTok by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and initiating meaningful conversations.
- Implement strategies to encourage user-generated content and active participation.
- **Campaign Execution and Analysis**:

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns on Xiaohongshu and TikTok, including collaborations with influencers and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with other marketing teams, the culinary team, and external partners to align Xiaohongshu and TikTok strategies with overall marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with influencers and KOLs to amplify Kitcho's brand presence and attract a wider audience.
- **Reporting and KPI Tracking**:

- Generate regular reports on Xiaohongshu and TikTok performance, highlighting key metrics and return on investment (ROI).
- Analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- **Language Proficiency**:

- Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential for effective communication with internal teams and our target audience.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies on Xiaohongshu and TikTok.
- Strong understanding of the Chinese digital landscape and cultural nuances.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: £22,175.39-£41,650.43 per year
