The Mandarin Speaking sales & marketing coordinator plays a vital role in the areas of lead generation, content creation, and event planning. Primary responsibilities may include conducting market research and data entry for marketing and sales campaigns, writing and editing content for the company blog and case studies, and leading the company’s social media initiatives. Some after-hours event work may be required.

This position reports to the Marketing & Sales Manager and involves ongoing collaboration with other departments.

**Responsibilities**:
**Manage Demo activities**
- Arrange demo schedule with our customers;
- Recruiting, training and evaluating demo people;
- Monitor demo activities.

**Manage local consumer marketing events**(Student union, Wechat, Local council, etc)
- Look for opportunities to promote the company;
- Arrange, supervise and participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events; be able to analyse event performance and P&L;
- Negotiate cost for marketing events;
- Represents positively and effectively at ALL events.

**B2B sales**
- Build up and maintain good relationship between the customers and company;
- Identify and resolve client concerns;
- Locate and open new accounts in your designated area;
- Work with customer services to ensure accounts are managed appropriately and accounts are set up correctly;
- Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales;
- Researching the market and related products, watching competitors and the products and price they are offering;
- Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff;
- Presenting the product or service favourably and in a structured professional way face-to-face;
- Responsible for the completion of the company's sales target, develop sales strategy, sales budgets and incentive schemes ;
- Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock.

**Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues**

**Requirements**:

- Previous area / field sales experience is important, with demonstrable sales success
- Experience gained within the Asian market is highly recommended
- Must be able to work flexibility, when necessary
- Experience in similar sales management role, B2B experience preferred
- Good organisational management capabilities
- Strong communication skill, good customer relationship management, able to observe customer and market demand
- A good sense of customer service, great teamwork spirit and high sense of responsibility
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Strong business ethics and network
- Frequent travelling is required
- Must be able to work legally in the United Kingdom

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
