IT SERVICE DESK - 2ND LINE

SALARY - UP TO £35,000 + BENEFITS

LOCATION - SCUNTHORPE

Your new role

An award-winning IT Business responsible for implementing high quality, business-changing IT solutions to hundreds of Customers are looking to add a further 2nd Line IT Support / Service Desk member to the IT Support Team. What you'll need to succeed

To be the successful candidate, you will possess as many of the following as possible:

- Minimum 2 Years’ Experience in a similar role.

- Strong organisation & communication skills.

- A friendly, approachable, can-do attitude.

- The ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly and efficiently.

- A proven track record of resolving and managing critical incidents (P1’s)

Strong technical experience in these areas would be ideal:

Office 365 environments, (Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune & Autopilot)

Windows Server Environments, (Active Directory, Exchange, File Server, Print Server, DFS, DNS, DHCP etc.)

Network Troubleshooting, (Firewalls, Networks, Wireless etc.)

Windows Desktop Troubleshooting

Security Knowledge (Anti-Virus, Anti-Malware, Encryption, MFA Technologies)

Office 365 Backup Products

The role comes with a salary of up to £35,000 + Benefits.

PLEASE NOTE - for the first 6 Months you will be based FULL-TIME IN THE HQ OFFICES - Thereafter - HYBRID working is on offer.
