If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you to shine Smart Solutions Group are one of the UKs largest Recruitment Agencies, our Cardiff Hub encompasses a dynamic and vibrant team that is dedicated to connecting people with job opportunities in the local area As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and energetic Branch Sales Consultant to drive sales for our branch. Key Duties:

  • Using a variety of mediums- from outbound calling to Linkedin networking- to proactively reach out to potential clients to understand their needs and introduce our recruitment services.
  • Build and nurture relationships through effective communication and rapport-building.
  • Client Visits: Conduct in person visits to clients to understand their staffing requirements and business & discuss how our services can meet their hiring needs.
  • Showcase our capabilities and establish a strong presence in the market.
  • Work diligently to build a tangible and sustainable sales pipeline.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategically position our recruitment services to prospective clients.
  • Work closely with our experienced recruitment consultants to align sales strategies with recruitment goals.
  • Working in a collaborative environment to ensure seamless client engagement and satisfaction- we pride ourselves on our friendly inclusive team

Skills & Experience Required
  • Minimum of 1 years experience within the recruitment sector
  • Previous sales experience is essential
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal team members.
  • Ability to articulate the value proposition of our recruitment services.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Full UK driving license
