You'll take ownership of a mixed use portfolio across the Greater Manchester and North-West regions, working flexibly to deliver a top-tier FM service, working within an empowering organisation that has an enviably track record in promoting from within. Benefiting from a market-leading team and brand, this a role for any FM with one eye on the future.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting site inspections in person;

  • Managing service charge budgets;

  • Ensuring the effective maintenance of the properties in your portfolio;

  • Managing the work of external contractors and site-based teams across hard and soft FM;

  • Ensuring full health & safety compliance;

  • Further building relationships with key tenant representatives;

Our client is looking for an individual with a background in managing multiple properties, ideally within a commercial environment. An IOSH is essential, as is a UK Drivers Licence and access to your own vehicle. Equally important will be your ability to think outside the box and relate to a variety of stakeholders and customers.
